And Began a Tradition
Right from the 20 minute hike from the road Selina, Irene and Ezra had to get their paws on the fooseball table. It took a while to set up but hauling it up took even longer. Glad it wasn't me.
This is Sheela helping put the table together. A position she found herself in often just outside the big dorm room. Andrew and I made a mental note to build a more direct/convenient path to the cans.
Fooseball was a hit...
In the morning there was an amazing rainbow in the valley below Volcan Baru.
We just chilled...
And inhaled the beauty.
New Year's Eve we drove down the Pacific coast and set up our tents under moonlight.
The next day we chilled on the beach. Las Lajas has amzing tides.
We hiked to a little river perfect for a day trip.
There are many more holidays, many more people and many more traditions to start.
