Lost and Found Eco Hostel and Adventure Tours is proud to present their new calendar of events. We are extremely proud of the direction we have taken with community integration in regards to tour co-operation. The local community of Valle de la Mina has been very helpful in revealing secrets of there amazing surroundings. We now have an overnight jungle and cave tour, night safaris, hotspring tours, organic coffee and farming tours, and many others. All our tours rely on the involvement of the local community. But what I am really wanting to share with everyone is our new calendar of events we have started. The mission of these scheduled events is to try and co-ordinate enough people to partake in adventures that would typically be quite expensive for a small group of travelers. We are going to offer different tours that we do not offer to our guests already on the daily tour board. These new tours are much more secretive and off the beaten track. Here is the first event that will be held weekly.....more events to follow. If you are interested in an event. Email us for a spot. We will respond to let you know if there is availability or not and other specific details.

During your 3 day stay, you will have one day free to do what you want...you can take one of our daily tours, chill out around the hostel or use our various trails winding through the cloud forest!
Itinerary:
Sunday
Make your way to the Lost and Found EcoHostel before 5pm on Sunday Night
Eat with us or make your own dinner..
Set out with the guide on a Night Safari.
Go to bed or watch movies or have fun in the bar.
Monday
Have breakfast.
Head out to Palo Seco Park and find a gorgeous waterfall.
Travel further to a spectacular rain forest where you will hike through the jungle and visit precolombian mysterious petroglyphs, eventually leading to a Native village who will grant you permission to explore the amazing waterfalls further behind the village.
Keep your eyes and ears tuned for wildlife. Stories of pumas are told...but more realistically monkeys, sloths, toucans and blue morpho butterflies fill the forest.
Return to the Lost and Found for dinner and the special Monday Night All Night Happy hour priced drinks...if that makes sense.
