I'll let you know.<BR/><BR/>There is cell phone access on the property and although we don't have it Movistar has a dial up for like $40 a month but it's slow. Good for checking mail though. We have been told about faster service with like $1600 installation fees.<BR/><BR/>I don't know what to tell you about surrounding property except that as far as I know we are the only titled property. Neighbours are selling ROP that can never be titled on really sloping property and no infrastructure for like $6 a square meter.
